We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate AI-powered maintenance recommendations, send reminders and notifications (with your consent), process payments, respond to support requests, and communicate important account updates. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Property records, maintenance history, and documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We employ strict access controls and regularly audit our security practices. Payment information is processed exclusively through Stripe and never stored on our servers.
4. AI and Machine Learning
OikoWise uses AI to generate maintenance recommendations and property insights. Your property data may be used in aggregate, anonymized form to improve our AI models. We never use your personally identifiable information to train AI models without explicit consent.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Property history exports are available for 90 days after account closure.

OikoWise is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
